This notice explains how personal data is processed through www.por.com.tr, in accordance with Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").

We do not process special categories of personal data (health, biometric, beliefs, etc.). Please do not enter such information in forms.
3. Purposes
- Responding to requests, questions and quotation enquiries sent through the contact form,
- Conducting preliminary discussions about chemical cleaning, container storage and heating services,
- Operating the website, securing the form and preventing abuse,
- If you consent, measuring site usage and displaying external content such as maps.

5. Transfers
Within Turkey, personal data may be disclosed only to public authorities legally entitled to request it.
International transfers: Our website is hosted by Leaseweb USA, Inc. on servers located in the United States; contact form records and server logs are stored there. We also use Google reCAPTCHA for form security and, if you consent, Google Analytics and Google Maps; Google may process data outside your country, including in the United States. These transfers rely on standard contractual clauses (KVKK Art. 9/4; GDPR Art. 46).
6. Retention
- Contact form records: 2 years after your request is concluded,
- Server logs: up to 2 years,
- Cookies: the period stated for each cookie in the Cookie Policy.
7. Your Rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction, request erasure or destruction, request that these be notified to third parties, object to results produced solely by automated processing, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
If the GDPR applies to you, you additionally have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21), the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing (Art. 7(3)), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77). We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
