You may apply to Por Petrol Sanayi Tic. Ltd. Şti. to exercise your rights under KVKK Art. 11 and, where applicable, GDPR Art. 15–22.
1. What Your Request Should Include
- Name, surname and, for written requests, your signature,
- Nationality and passport or ID number (Turkish ID number for Turkish citizens),
- Address for notifications,
- E-mail address and telephone number, if any,
- The subject of your request and any supporting documents.
2. How to Apply
- In writing: a signed letter to Cedit Ali Paşa Mahallesi Seymen Yolu Caddesi 53/A, Marmara Ereğlisi / Tekirdağ,
- By e-mail: to info@por.com.tr from the e-mail address you previously shared with us,
- With a secure electronic or mobile signature.
We may ask for additional information to verify your identity. Requests made on behalf of someone else require a notarised power of attorney.
3. Response Time
We respond as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, free of charge. If the request entails an additional cost, the tariff set by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
4. Complaints
If your request is rejected, the response is insufficient or you receive no response in time, you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board. If the GDPR applies to you, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
